A professional ballerina for 26 years, Nicole reached the ultimate pinnacle of Principal Artist with the Australian Ballet. After a serious knee reconstruction in the early stages of her career, she completely retrained her body. During this time, working with elite physiotherapists and coaches, extensive pilates, yoga and functional training, Nicole developed an effective and defined method to maintain and strengthen the body and mind. Continuing to evolve and develop these techniques throughout her dancing career. An Internationally Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Nicole incorporates all elements of her knowledge into the BMN method. With varied classes and private sessions, she is now sharing these techniques and her love for movement and training, inspiring others to create and achieve life changing positive results.
